Support Circles
What are Support Circles?
TBT offers small support groups to process, reflect, and gather strength around shared experiences. This spring, we’re launching our inaugural groups focused on Processing Grief & Loss and Navigating Antisemitism. Our 6-session support circles are facilitated by Rabbi Dusty Klass.
- Format: In-person only
- Who Can Attend: Open to TBT members and the broader community
- Cost: Free
- Capacity: Limited to 12 participants
Additional groups will begin Fall 2025: processing climate anxiety, navigating mortality, and caregiving for a spouse.
Scroll below to learn more about our current circles, and to complete our general interest form. Our support groups are intentionally small to foster meaningful connections. If the group you're interested in fills up, don’t worry, we plan to offer more in the future! Please fill out the interest form regardless—whether you want to be on a waitlist, stay informed about future offerings, or are interested in the concept but don’t see a group that fits your needs right now.
With gratitude to the Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle for their 2025 Ignition Grant supporting this program.
