To remember your loved ones who have passed is a mitzvah, and the Temple B’nai Torah Yizkor Memorial Book offers you the opportunity to honor your departed friends and family members. 

If you wish to have one or more names listed in this year's Yizkor Memorial Book, please complete this form by September 15th, 2022. We will automatically print the same names listed in last year's Yizkor Memorial Book; you do not need to repeat those names below. Additionally, we will add the names of all community members who passed away this year.

Please know we are grateful for any donation you are comfortable with. A suggested amount is $36 for each name you are remembering during the High Holy Days. Donations help offset the cost of printing and support pastoral care at TBT.
