Join us this Shabbat as we celebrate and honor Rabbi Molly and Rabbi Dusty, officially installing them as senior and associate rabbis of Temple B'nai Torah. We will celebrate at our Friday night service and Saturday morning service.

Our Saturday morning service will be led largely by our guest rabbis and followed by a kiddush lunch.

What is a Rabbinic Installation, and Why Now?

Installation rituals often take place several months after a new rabbi begins their role in a congregation. This timing allows the rabbi and the community to connect and establish relationships, making the installation a more meaningful celebration.

We will be joined by guest rabbis C.B. Souther, Bess Wohlner (Congregation Bet Haverim), Julie Bressler (Temple Sinai Oakland), and Leah Citrin Nelson (Westchester Reform Temple). 

Installation Schedule:

• Friday, 12/6 at 6:30pm:  Kabbalat Shabbat Service with our Clergy and Eran, and Installation ceremony led by visiting scholar Rabbi Dvora Weisberg. A celebratory dessert oneg will follow.
• Saturday, 12/7 at 10:30am: Join us for our Shabbat Morning Service led largely by our guest rabbis and followed by a kiddush lunch.
