Judaism Behind the Scenes is a monthly gathering for people who are exploring conversion or new(ish) to Judaism or its holidays and want a hands-on way to learn about the foods and rituals of our holidays.
Together, with our experienced teacher, Donna Blankinship, we will cook and bake food related to the upcoming holiday. Then, while we enjoy eating our meal together, we will learn more with Rabbi Molly Weisel about how to celebrate the holiday at home.
Each gathering takes place a few weeks before the upcoming holiday so that you can use the skills you learn to celebrate the holiday at home with family and friends!
Cost: This program is free for members; $100 for non-members
With gratitude to the National Center to Encourage Judaism for their grant supporting this program.
