BTY/NFTYx Tu B'Shevat Shabbat: Be an Enviro-Mensch

Our youth group, BTY (B'nai Torah Youth), is excited to host a NFTYx event with an environmental theme for Tu B'Shevat. This event is open to all 9th-12th grade teens. While celebrating Shabbat, we'll learn about the og Earth Day, Judaism's holiday celebrating trees. Dinner will be served and we'll have a special project for the holiday.

Please submit multiple forms if you are registering more than 3 youth at a time. If you would like to bring a friend, please have their guardian fill out the form themself.

Medical Release: The costs of first-aid and minor medical care performed on the premises, and not requiring a physician, are covered by the tuition fee. The costs of all other medical care and associated services are the financial responsibility of the student's legal guardian. In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Temple B’nai Torah to administer first aid and/or transport my child to a physician or hospital, and to consent for emergency medical treatment for my child if a parent, guardian, or emergency contact cannot be reached. Custodial Arrangements: If there are any court orders that affect parental rights for your child or custodial arrangements that affect the child’s attendance, please provide the information to the Director of Education at rabbimolly@templebnaitorah.org.

Assumption of Risk: Parents and guardians, jointly and separately, release Temple B’nai Torah, its officers, agents and employees from all liability for injuries, illness or property damage resulting from child’s participation in Religious School and Youth activities, programs and field trips and agree not to make any claim or demand against them for any or all losses or damages to student’s person or property.
