  • Create an environment that builds and maintains a connected culture amongst members.
  • Retain current and attract new members to TBT.
  • Implement a comprehensive onboarding process for new members.
  • Increase participation and satisfaction of all Temple programs and activities.
Inspiring Torah Centric Study & Community Worship
  • Expand opportunities for congregant involvement in worship.
  • Set policies and traditions that make worship accessible and inclusive.
  • Create offsite alternative worship opportunities.
  • Ensure worship and study opportunities are both familiar and varied.
  • Provide diverse Torah study opportunities.
Engaging Lifelong Religious Education
  • Embrace the culture of being a lifelong Jewish learning community.
  • Provide opportunities to customize pathways to learn and grow Jewishly.
  • Offer and promote stimulating Jewish learning and cultural opportunities.
  • Drive for and communicate excellence in the TBT Religious School.
  • Seek accreditation for TBT religious school.

  • Ensure programs and celebrations allow people of all ages and stages to engage.

  • Bring new cutting edge programs to meet the evolving interests of the TBT community.

Impactful Social Action
  • Incorporate social action values throughout Temple life.
  • Provide meaningful social action opportunities and communicate them regularly.

Shared, Responsible Organization Stewardship
  • Promote the vision and mission through all aspects of the Temple.
  • Align TBT’s organizational and governance structures to the Temple’s strategy and goals.
  • Expand TBT’s lay leadership and volunteer base.

  • Create a culture of giving through time, talent and treasure.
  • Reach the URJ national average per member pledge.
  • Build and maintain a reserve to provide financial stability.
